2024 Vendor

Application

  • Church Member in Good Standing: $250 Non-Member: $300

    Included with this price is:

    1-10x10 Tent, 1-8ft Table, 2 Chairs, Electricity to Tent, 1-Tablecloth, and 1-Tableskirt

    Payment must be submitted upon application acceptance.

    • Vendors will be placed in the church campus courtyard and along the sidewalk between the
      church hall and the church.

    • Tents are available on a first come first serve basis. Your tent location is non-negotiable.

    • Be aware that the same type of merchandise may be on display in another Vendor area.

    • Other materials needed for vendor exhibit are the responsibility of the vendor. SerbFest and St.
      Sava are not responsible for any other equipment other than what is provided.

    • Food items for immediate consumption are prohibited. Packaged food items are exempt.

  • Any merchandise, equipment or material left by the vendor at the close of SerbFest will be set aside for two (2) calendar weeks starting the Monday after the festival (Nov. 4).

    A SerbFest committee member will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact the vendor by the end of the week after SerbFest. Materials not retrieved by the vendor after the two (2) week period will become the property of St. Sava Church.

    • Tents MUST BE manned all days and hours of SerbFest. Vendors are responsible for staffing
      their area.

    • Vend only in your assigned area.

    • Keep your area clean & safe (no stray food, stray trash, stray drinks, no exposed chords, tripping
      hazards, etc.).

    • Failure to comply will result in closure of your tent at the discretion of the SerbFest Committee.

Interested in having a booth at Serbfest? Please complete our exhibitor application below to be considered. Spots are limited, please read the 2024 regulations above and complete the contract below. Once submitted, a committee member will reach out to you within 1 week of submission.
